Winegard Farmhouse is a lovingly restored 1922 home, so you may notice some charming quirks like creaky floors or slightly uneven thresholds—part of its historic character! The home is spacious and spread out over multiple levels, with both front and rear staircases, so guests with mobility concerns should plan accordingly.
We’re located in a quiet, rural neighborhood—great for relaxation, but you may hear the occasional rooster or see local wildlife. Cell service is generally strong, and Wi-Fi is fast, but please keep in mind this is a mountain area and occasional signal fluctuations can occur.
The property has ample outdoor space, including a fenced backyard, but please supervise children and pets, especially around the fire pit, decks, and hot tub.
